For sealed Pokémon TCG products, minor imperfections such as small dents, creases, wrinkles, scratches, or tears on external packaging may occur and do not necessarily indicate a problem with the contents.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not necessarily guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer regarding the available options.

4. Prices

Product prices displayed on Cardway PK are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under these Terms & Conditions.

An order may be reviewed before processing. Cardway PK reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other legitimate circumstances.

6. Payment Methods

Cardway PK currently accepts available payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and supported debit or credit cards.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Customers may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Cardway PK currently offers delivery across Pakistan.

• Shipping fee: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 5,000
• Free shipping: Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout, including their name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

Cardway PK is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Because many of our products are collectible and factory-sealed items, minor external packaging imperfections do not automatically qualify for a refund or return.

Customers are encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video when opening their parcel, particularly when a product-related claim may be required.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Cardway PK as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
